Who knew? One year ago Tin Can Alley started playing this wonderful Italian restaurant in the Gateway City on every other Thursday. Little did we know that one year later we'd still be doing it. But here we are and although we don't need an excuse this calls for a party. We're moving over to the dining room for a little more stage space to accommodate an array of guest stars and we'll be hooking up the multi-track to record the event for posterity. 4/19/08                      Piedmont Earth Day Fair                            Winston Salem, NC    

Speaking of recycling, Wicker and Jones will get green and spin the finest Piedmont blues yet devised for the 2nd straight year at this event. Joining us will be Camel City's premier chanteuse Martha Basset, singing winemaker Randy Fulk, and the rockin' bluegrass of Sourwood Sweet. Many booths, demonstrations, children's activities highlight another celebration of Mama Earth and our homo sapien efforts to protect her.
